Our optimum health is influenced by the connection, balance, and harmony between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves.  Understanding how this works through increasing our self-awareness and self-compassion starts us on our journey to healing and wholeness.


This is where my journey to wellness started and why I do what I do.  I have always been an inquisitive, creative sort, with a deep love of nature and an even deeper desire to understand why people do the things they do.  My life’s journey has been one of recovery, from abuse, loss, grief, and endless cycles of self-sabotage. 


Through discovering the benefits of complementary therapies on my own well-being, I was drawn to study more about them. I started off with spiritual healing, then Indian Head Massage,  The Dorn Method that realigns the joints and the spine, eastern healing practices of Reiki, and Mindfulness, in addition to traditional counseling techniques.

I believe my deeper intuition, knowing what I needed. drew me to these practices.  Our inner wisdom has more intelligence and power than we give it credit for and having faith in this helped open up my spiritual path.


I developed my love of Alternative Therapies during my career as a Social Worker, opening up a wider option of support to the vulnerable client groups I worked with.  


I am also a Mindfulness Teacher having trained with The Mindfulness Association UK and delivering Accredited 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Courses. Being mindful of our natural state, we just have to shed the layers of conditioned living passed down through the generations and our health can be restored.


The majority of Complementary, Alternative, and Spiritual therapists use similar techniques and principles.   How we apply them and how our clients receive them is unique.   The simple reason is that each individual in this world is unique with their own special way of seeing and experiencing the world.  There is a catalogue of therapies, methods, theories, and techniques out there, and your intuition when you allow it will guide you to the one that resonates with your particular need.


A wish for my clients is that they eventually live the life they want doing the things they love free from the physical, mental and emotional challenges that have been causing them so much suffering. When one part of us is affected whether positively or negatively it affects all the other parts of us.  


I help people address and clear blockages in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas of their being, making them feel more in control of their wellbeing, opening up their creativity, bringing more peace to their minds and harmony into their lives”.
