Homeopath
I am registered homeopath in part-time practice for over 20 years while tending my family, garden and community in Fife, Scotland. I am passionately committed to raising awareness about homeopathy through short courses and working with clients to establish positive ways to support health and well-being. Having a secure foundation in classical homeopathy, I have evolved my style of practice to draw on cycles and patterns in nature and a trust in the intuitive process of working holistically and respectfully with each individual to support case management alongside other treatments.

I also attend to mental and emotional expression as well physical symptoms; uncovering patterns and the unique essence of each individual in order to prescribe according to the homeopathic principle - the resonance of similars.

Currently in third year of MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Abertay University, I am excited to bring together my scientific knowledge of chemistry and the elements, mapping psychological development and stages on the periodic table in order to assist homeopathic prescribing. A pluralistic treatment plan is arrived at through collaborative dialogue & shared decision-making in therapy. Both client and therapists’ resources are used to frame and shape the process which might not always mean homeopathy is the best option. Sometimes, counselling is what is need to arrive at a restorative place. In other words, as a client, you can choose what feels like the best option to meet your needs in helping you towards your own healing.

Aside from the potentisation in to homeopathic remedies, I also witness how presence in nature can restore minds, bodies and communities back to harmony and come some way to relieve the imbalanced states that underpin so much of modern life’s dis-ease. Natures gifts and energies are abundant – we have so much to draw upon.

I am registered with the Society of Homeopaths and adhere to their Professional Standards and Code of Ethics in practice.
