During the 80’s, working as a chef in a Rudolph Steiner based cafe in Edinburgh sparked a love of all things alternative. In 1989 I began my first massage course, this led to training in healing and Reiki, energy release work and aromatherapy. Throughout the 90’s I taught massage and aromatherapy for the adult education programme and in a variety of community projects.

From the beginning of the 2000’s my focus changed to personal growth and change-work with clients and the main modalities studied were EFT, EmoTrance, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing and Mindfulness for Stress Reduction. I then taught personal development, stress management, mindfulness and meditation privately and in corporate and community based settings.

Through my own journey, using internal means to overcome personal obstacles, anxiety, fatigue and occasional health issues, my passion is in helping others discover deep, lasting peace, vitality and a confident sense of self.
