Diane Oliver loves to share yoga and is a Dru Yoga and Shakti Dance practitioner. She created these affirmation cards as part of a journey to explore sacred geometry and the energy systems of the chakras.
Diane has very kindly donated a set of these affirmation cards to our art auction.
Previously, Diane worked in community development. Diane believes yoga is for everyone and created Woodland Elements in 2015 to blend her passion for the outdoors, wellbeing, community, and permaculture. She shares yoga through regular classes and workshops both locally in Argyll and online and being a nomadic spirit, loves to pop up in different places - you are warmly invited to come and join her. "A child of the elements, I burn, I breathe, I flow, I grow".
