Social Dance Afternoon | Friday 17th February 1pm - 3pm

The Flourishing Well is delighted to welcome Beryl Couper from ESK Academy of Dancing to host a social dance afternoon.


Friday 17th February | 1pm – 3pm Venue: St Cyrus Public Hall, Main Road, St Cyrus, DD10 0BA

You are welcome to join us for part 1, part 2 or better still come to the whole session from 1pm – 3pm. All ages and abilities welcome.


1pm – 1.45pm | Movement to Music

This consists of gentle exercises to improve balance and general wellbeing, can also be done seated if needed.


1.45pm – 2.15pm | Afternoon Tea

Includes delicious cakes by local baker Gemma Ross of Gemma’s Cake Design.


2.15pm – 3pm | Ballroom, Latin-American and Ceilidh Dancing

Tone up and feel good!
