Suzi's Guided Meditation Online Session

The Flourishing Well is delighted to offer funded places for Suzi's guided meditation session. Our holistic health care one to one sessions, workshops and events are free for people who have health conditions or are experiencing financial hardship, carers, healthcare and support staff.


Suzi's guided meditation will happen online via Zoom from 20.00 pm until 21:30 pm on Thursday 18th February.


Join Suzi Gibson for a peaceful and relaxing evening of meditation. You will be gently guided to notice how you are feeling, use the breath to begin to relax the body, then enjoy a deeply relaxing guided meditation leaving you feeling relaxed and rested.


The session will begin with a short introduction to meditation, followed by a one hour meditation experience.

Before we begin find a quiet space if you can, be cosy and comfortable, light a candle, some incense or perhaps diffuse some essential oils. Prepare a space where you have the option of lying down for the meditation with a blanket and cushions. Have a glass of water to hand and optionally a journal for your own reflections afterwards.
