Burlexercise with Ceza
The Flourishing Well is offering a number of funded places to join the wonderful Ceza with her awesome online Burlexercise class.
These places are to help people in financial hardship who wouldn't normally be able to access them benefit from holistic wellbeing services.
The Burlexercise class is an hour long. Burlexercise is a medium - high intensity fitness class designed specifically for an all over body workout. Classes take you on a physical journey, burning calories, toning and tightening all those problem areas from top to bottom. The focus is to get you fit, in shape and feeling body confident but most importantly we'll make sure you are having fun exercising!
However, Burlexercise isn't just about getting fit. It's about embracing your feminine energy, feeling empowered, sexy and confident. Confident about your body, confident about who you are and you'll leave the class feeling beautiful and amazing!
Participants require a mat or towel for when we do the core workout. They will also need weights (dumbbells or even bottles of water work). For this current routine, they will also need a sturdy chair as there is a chair dance included.
Anyone with an injury needs to speak to me in advance just in case I need to give them modifications as the class moves quite fast and it's a bit difficult to give modifications during the class.

Pilates with Ceza
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Classes focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum function.
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles (abs and pelvic floor). It works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape and tone the body. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress, tension and pain in the body.
The class is suitable for all levels and ages. Modifications are given so that the exercises can be performed by all.
Participants require a mat or towel to lie on. Anyone with an injury needs to speak to me in advance, so I am aware of modifications needed to be given during the class.
